At Ultimate Sports Fan Room we are proud to offer you quality products from some of the best manufacturers in the Sports Apparel & Sports Collectibles industry. We believe so strongly in these products that we sell them with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your product for any reason, return if to us within 14 days and we'll refund your credit card for the amount of the merchandise.

Shipping and Handling Charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective or you received the wrong item. In this case, email us at thefanroom@ultimatesportsfanroom.com or call us @ 800-613-8922 and we'll make arrangements for the item to be returned to us and for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Return Policy:

If you are returning the item because of our mistake, you will receive a full refund for the merchandise and the shipping, unless shipping was free. If you are returning the item because you ordered the wrong size or you just don't want the product then we will refund all but the shipping cost and $5.00 handling fee. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and returned with the original tags and packaging in order to receive the full refund. If original packaging and product tags are missing when the item is returned, we will access a 25% of the merchandise restocking fee. Please reference the order # when returning the item.

Antigua apparel exchanges: Most of our Antigua products are made-to-order at time of the sale and require 2-4 business days for the embroidery of your team logo before drop shipping from Antigua's warehouse. Each Antigua drop ship order requires an order from our system to initiate the production process. When an Antigua item has been returned for exchange and has passed inspection, we will issue the appropriate refund to the customer notify the customer that the item has been received and refunded and then ask the customer to place a new order in our system for the exchanged Antigua item.

We sincerely want our customers to have a satisfying shopping experience and to enjoy their products long after the sale. Simply put, we want your repeat business. We realize that this won't happen if you, the customer, are not happy.

Product Substitutions:

As products reach end of life cycle, manufactures will replace products with similar styles and makes. As long as styles, looks, makes, materials, fabrics, etc. remain very similar, we at Ultimate Sports Fan Room reserve the right to make substitutions in order to fulfill customers order. If similar substitutions are not available, Ultimate Sports Fan Room will cancel the order and issue the customer a full refund.
